Rough roads in marathon training are going to happen...literally and figuratively!
Bad runs are going to happen. I can remember numerous times during training when I would just want a run to be OVER. Where I would end a run early. Where my speed work was a JOKE. Ugh. For me, a typical part of marathon training is having a bad run, or a series of bad runs. Bad runs happen, but you have to bounce back.
